WE ARE THE LEADERS IN TRUCK DRIVER TRAINING
With a campus in Tucson, Phoenix, and Las Vegas, Southwest Truck Driver Training will not only train you to pass your Commercial Driver's License (CDL) test, but will also train you to become the type of professional driver companies are looking for today. Southwest Truck Driver Training has set new standards in driver training, and is the only school in Arizona with a true bilingual program to reach the Spanish speaking community. Southwest is also one of the first training facilities to incorporate computer-based training and shifting simulators into the classroom, making our driver training programs the best programs available. Southwest's Road and Range Training is conducted in modern equipment using multiple transmissions, as well as empty and loaded dry van and flatbed trailers. Our Phoenix location is a full-scale alley dock facility offering real-life experience in warehouse maneuvering. All range training and CDL testing is done on site, making Southwest a true school-to-work training facility. THE CLASS A COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSE PROGRAM is designed to provide each student with a basic knowledge of the require-ments for a Class A CDL license. THE CLASS B PROGRAM is designed for individuals without a class A CDL license. THE REFRESHER PROGRAM is designed for drivers with prior driving experience within the last 2-3 years. Southwest Truck Driver Training school has seen a need for hands-on RV SAFETY TRAINING. Students will learn how to safely operate their RV, conduct pre-trip inspections, campground backing things to watch out for, city and freeway driving, towing a vehicle behind your RV, and water waste and any special items on your RV. Why wait until next summer to get a jump-start on your career? Come to sunny Arizona where we have housing available for out-of-state students who want to complete their training in a warmer climate. |
